Restaurant Review: Sunwall

Hej Foodlovers!

Vårt senaste restaurangbesök var på restaurang Sunwall. Det är en asiatisk restaurang med kinesiska och thailändska maträtter samt sushi.

Vi åt på deras kvällsbuffé där det erbjuds: kinesiska och thailändska maträtter, sushi och salladsbuffé. Vatten, kaffe och te ingår i buffén.

Utbudet var inte så stort och maten fylldes på långsamt. Det negativa med maten var de friterade plocksackerna som hade kvar mycket av frityr oljan. Sushin var också väldigt torr. Det som också var förvånande var att det inte erbjöds någon efterrätt till maten. Det fattades mycket saker på salladsbuffén och den fylldes inte på.

Men annars smakade allt annat bra, de olika såserna som erbjöds var goda och de friterade kycklingvingarna var väldigt goda.

Our latest restaurant visit was at restaurant Sunwall. It´s an Asian restaurant which offers Chinese and Thai dishes and sushi.

We ate at their evening buffet which consists of Chinese and Thai dishes, sushi and a salad buffet. Water, coffee and tea are included in the buffet.

The dishes they offered on the buffet was not so big and they refilled the items very rarely. The downside with the food was all the fried items which were soaked in oil. The sushi was also really dry. Another downside was the absence of dessert. The salad section was almost empty and they didn't replenish it.

But otherwise the food tasted good and the different sauces were well made too. Their fried chicken wings were really tasty.

Restaurant Review: Mr. Döner

Hi Foodlovers! Today we got a really good restaurant up for review. We went out for some pizza and found this place called Mr. Döner. The location was calm and the service was great. It wasn´t too busy when we went there. You have the option to either sit outside or upstairs in the restaurant. We ordered a kebab pizza and this might be the best one in a long while. We´ve been on the hunt for an authentic kebab pizza here in Gothenburg but it seems hard to find. They usually serve kebab as pork meat here instead of beef but this restaurant had the real thing, beef kebab. The pizza overall was excellent every bite was wonderful and this was such a delicious pizza, WOW! They didn´t skimp on the meat like most restaurant does and the sauce was top notch. Restaurant Review: Lydia's Diner

Hej Foodlovers! Idag summerar vi vår upplevelse på Lydia's Diner . Det är en restaurang som erbjuder mat med inspiration från USA. De har ett bra utbud på deras buffé. Deras buffé bestod av en salladsbar, fyra olika pizzor, vitlöksbröd, tacos, nachos, kycklinggrytor, kycklingvingar, potatis mm. Pizzorna var väldigt goda och de bestod av kyckling-, kebab-, köttfärs- och baconpizza. Pizzorna var tjocka "Chicago Deep" style och smakade väldigt gott. Salladsbaren hade ett bra utbud av grönsaker och dressingar, det fanns även vanligt vitt bröd och tortillabröd. Vitlöksbrödet var väldig oljig och var en av besvikelsen med buffén. Det som fattades i buffén var desserten, det hade varit trevligt med åtminstone någon dessert till maten. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Det fanns bra med platser och man kunde äta i lugn och ro, en väldigt skön stämning. På det stora hela var maten bra, speciellt pizzorna! Namn: Lydia's Diner Pris: 89 kr Betygsä

Restaurant Review: Steak N Cheese & Co

Hi Foodlovers! Today we bring you our first restaurant review for this year! We went for some Philly Cheesesteaks at Gothenburg. First up was the service. The service wasn´t the best, we stood first in line but still had to wait for over 10 mins to place our order. It felt like they were understaffed even though they were not. Once we placed our order, they had a station outside where you could watch your food get made, that was a nice touch. Our order: Philadelphia Steak N´Cheese (Grilled chuck steak, cheddar cheese, white cheese, fried onions, bell pepper, fresh mushrooms and sauce), Spicy fries and Sweet potato fries. Now then let´s break down the food. Both fries were good, we got a good dressing but had no idea what kind it was since we didn´t get to choose. The cheesesteak could have been tastier. It lacked spices. The meat wasn´t even seasoned which was a letdown in our opinion. The sauce in the cheesesteak didn´t improve the taste but the cheese was good. Name : Steak
