Restaurant Review: Casino Cosmopol Part 2

Hej Foodlovers!

Vi är tillbaka med del 2 av Casino Cosmopol äventyret. I detta inlägg kommer vi som sagt att täcka dessert delen.

Desserten bestod av ett stort dessertbord med det mesta man kan tänka sig. Det fanns donuts, morotskaka, cheesecake-kladdkaka, godis, amerikanska pannkakor, äppelpaj med vaniljsås, frukt, grädde, muffins m.m. som självklart serverades med kaffe och te. Desserten höll en högre nivå än maten tyckte vi och den var god.

Det negativa med deras dessert var deras äppelpaj som innehöll valnötter och russin vilket blev för mycket. Dessutom var äpplena väldigt sura. De kunde ha gjort det mycket enklare genom att göra en vanlig äppelpaj med bättre äpplen.

Det vi gillade med desserten var variationen, det fanns mycket att välja på.

 We´re back with part 2 of our Casino Cosmopol review and we will now cover the dessert section.

The dessert was displayed on a large dessert table with everything you could've imagined. There were donuts, carrot cake, brownie-cheesecake, candy, American pancakes, apple pie with custard, fruits, whipped cream, cupcakes and more. This was of course served with coffee and tea. The dessert held a higher standard than the food and it was good.

The downside with the dessert was their apple pie that had walnuts and raisins in it which was a little too much. On top of that the apples were really sour which resulted with the apple pie being a real disappointment.

A big plus was the variety of the dessert, there were a lot of things to choose between.

Restaurant Review: Mr. Döner

Hi Foodlovers! Today we got a really good restaurant up for review. We went out for some pizza and found this place called Mr. Döner. The location was calm and the service was great. It wasn´t too busy when we went there. You have the option to either sit outside or upstairs in the restaurant. We ordered a kebab pizza and this might be the best one in a long while. We´ve been on the hunt for an authentic kebab pizza here in Gothenburg but it seems hard to find. They usually serve kebab as pork meat here instead of beef but this restaurant had the real thing, beef kebab. The pizza overall was excellent every bite was wonderful and this was such a delicious pizza, WOW! They didn´t skimp on the meat like most restaurant does and the sauce was top notch. Restaurant Review: Steak N Cheese & Co

Hi Foodlovers! Today we bring you our first restaurant review for this year! We went for some Philly Cheesesteaks at Gothenburg. First up was the service. The service wasn´t the best, we stood first in line but still had to wait for over 10 mins to place our order. It felt like they were understaffed even though they were not. Once we placed our order, they had a station outside where you could watch your food get made, that was a nice touch. Our order: Philadelphia Steak N´Cheese (Grilled chuck steak, cheddar cheese, white cheese, fried onions, bell pepper, fresh mushrooms and sauce), Spicy fries and Sweet potato fries. Now then let´s break down the food. Both fries were good, we got a good dressing but had no idea what kind it was since we didn´t get to choose. The cheesesteak could have been tastier. It lacked spices. The meat wasn´t even seasoned which was a letdown in our opinion. The sauce in the cheesesteak didn´t improve the taste but the cheese was good. Name : Steak...
